Helping in Ukunda, Kenya

Welcome

to a community and daycare center based in Ukunda at the Kenyan coast.


Our Objectives are

  • to target the needy children to provide them with the basic needs - food, shelter and education
  • we are looking for sponsors to help them with the education
  • giving the children security and parental care
  • the center will help the children whose mothers are sick and poor and cant give their children three meals a day
  • we also help mothers with a HIV


Our Dream is

  • To build our own center to have the Rescue Center Agreement and to use rent money (we need to pay now) to support the babies and children care


Our Challenges are

  • most of the parents cant buy Pumpers for their children
  • the cost of living including the rent and electricity bills
  • to purchase the food and milk for the children
  • to pay the salary for the workers
  • the distance from where the parents bring their children (there is a need of a van)
